| CLUBS and OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS LEARNING AUTUMN TERM 2008 |
|
Children enjoy the opportunity to learn new skills and develop their talents through a wide ranging programme of school clubs and activities. These are organised by both staff and external providers, all of whom plan carefully to enrich school life.
We are very proud of the individual talents of the pupils who attend our school. During the past few years children have excelled to national and international standard in karate, gymnastics and tennis. The school choir has been very successful in reaching the City Sings choir finals for four consecutive years, winning the primary school category in 2007. Local organisations such as charities and churches regularly invite the choir to sing at their events and we are delighted to do so. Several children are accomplished performers starring in local productions, television series and films. There is tuition for children who would like to play woodwind instruments, guitar and keyboard. The opportunities available during the Autumn term 2008 included: |
| Football Club Years 1 and 2 Thursdays |
